The heading reads: Gas, Electric & Eco Vehicles, second seminar, Tuesday 11th June 1996; "Water Fuel Cell. Conversion Kit for a Car", by Admiral Sir Anthony Griffin, with acknowledgements to Mr Stanley A. Meyer. Griffin died on 16 October 1996, so this is the latest paper of his on Meyer's work the archive knows of, three years after the Warsash paper. The seminar's organiser and venue are not on the page.
