The water-powered car, with a road test
Transcribed by the archive from the copy posted to YouTube in July 2022 as “Buggy 1°prototipo stanley meyer @irondmax”, now kept on the archive's own server. The film.
The picture carries an “Irondmax.com” mark across the whole frame, burned in before it reached YouTube; it is not the archive's.
The narration: the same as the dealership tape
[0:00] A title card: “Water Fuel Cell”, Job 36:27–28, “Jesus Christ is Lord”.
[0:06] From here to 14:15 the narration is word for word the dealership tape's, from its 1:20 (“The water-powered car is a self-assembled dune buggy…”) to its end: the buggy described part by part, the fuel cell and the quenching circuit, retrofitting a standard engine, the voltage frequency generator, the resonant cavity, the EPG and the magnetic spin generator. It is transcribed in The dealership tape, transcribed; add about a minute and a quarter to the times here to find the same words there.
The road test
About six minutes of footage from a road test: the engine bay with the covers off, men working on the buggy, then the buggy driven along a country road with a pickup behind it. The voices are off-microphone and mostly lost under the engine; what can be made out is below, and a word in brackets is a guess.
[14:17] Say they're all tight.
[15:04] Okay, I'd say we're not ready, Stan. Okay, now let's check her out and make sure it's going to work. All right, now, we've got the [100K meter]. We've got the generator going. Okay, now check on the [full energy pole]. Let's see how this thing goes.
[15:36] All right, everything works fine, right? We're [down].
[15:40] No speech to 20:13; the buggy on the road.
After the first road tests
[20:13] As always the case in research and development, demonstrate the technology first, then refine and debug the system for performance reliability. The water fuel cell technology is no exception to the rule. Historically and figuratively, the first series of road tests were conducted in such a way as to accomplish, but much work still needs to be done, translating the water fuel cell technology into a system that lends itself to mass production.
[20:40] Replacing constant flow hydrogen injectors with electronic activated injector systems. Design, build, and test electronic boards for acceleration controls. Perform test evaluation of systems reliability. Success is measured by determination to make it work.
The last slide reads: “Test runs demonstrate water fuel cell operability during accelerated speeds under various load conditions.”
