Stan Meyer drew a rocket that runs on water: Figure 20, the atom-injected resonant cavity, with a super rocket flame on top. Split water in a resonant cavity, fire the charged gas down accelerator tubes, plate after plate pulling it faster, and arrange the tubes like spokes round a central cavity: a wheel inside a wheel. In 1985 he told a room to go back and look at Ezekiel's wheel. Ezekiel 1:16: "a wheel in the middle of a wheel." The drawings, copyright 1982, are on the site.
About the voices. The narrator is NeuralStan, an AI voice the archive uses for its made films. Where you hear Stan Meyer, it is Stan: every word of his is cut from an original recording, and nothing he says was synthesised.
