Stan Meyer's Hydrogen Gas Gun, a.k.a. the Gas Resonant Cavity: not a weapon
Stan Meyer built a "hydrogen gas gun", and gave it a second name: the gas resonant cavity. It isn't a weapon. It's a seven-inch stainless tube with four windows cut down its length and sixty-four LEDs shining in through an acrylic sleeve, and his "lasers" were those LEDs, in his own words. And "reso

And "resonant cavity" isn't a microwave cavity: on his own 1982 drawing the tube is a capacitor with a charging choke on each side. Sixteen picofarads with a choke rings near a megahertz. At 5,000 volts in his gas, expect a glow at the rod. Sweep the voltage and watch the current.
About the voices. The narrator is NeuralStan, an AI voice the archive uses for its made films. Where you hear Stan Meyer, it is Stan: every word of his is cut from an original recording, and nothing he says was synthesised.
