Everyone wants Stan Meyer's magic frequency. His own patent says there isn't one. WO 92/07861: "Because resonances of different waters, water volumes, and capacitor cells vary", the control circuit scans from 0 Hz to 10 kHz and back "until a signal lock is determined". A few parts per million of contaminant shift the resonance by 20%; flow rate alone moves it 8 to 10%; iron in well water changes it. One typical 3-inch cell tuned in around 5 kHz, as an example, not a constant. Then a phase-lock circuit holds it there, the same trick a radio uses to hold a station. The patent and the tape are on stanslegacy.com.
About the voices. The narrator is NeuralStan, an AI voice the archive uses for its made films. Where you hear Stan Meyer, it is Stan: every word of his is cut from an original recording, and nothing he says was synthesised.
