Figure 8XA (Solid State Amp Inhibiting Circuit)

Meyer's figure label for the Solid State Amp Inhibiting Circuit: two copper wires bifilar wound about a magnetic induction core, which restricts amp leakage while raising the voltage potential across the water molecule. Connected to an external pulsing source such as a step-up transformer it forms the Voltage Intensifier Circuit, which the same report labels Figure 8XA1. This is the 8XA the bench notes mean: the independent test-evaluation report pairs a Variable Flat-Plate Water Fuel Cell labelled E1A with a Solid State Amp Inhibiting Circuit labelled 8XA. Not to be confused with the community's "8XA unit", a variac/bridge/SCR bench box that borrowed the same label. The two are different hardware and the archive holds no source connecting them.
