The SAFE congress — the Schweizerische Arbeitsgemeinschaft für Freie Energie — at the end of October 1989. Eight hundred participants from sixteen nations over two days. It is the best documented journey he ever made, and the sources still cannot agree on the name: two Denver introductions call it "Amsterdam, Switzerland", and Jim Miner's 2019 notes list the tape as "Switzerland (Eisenhower)".

When I was making the presentation in Switzerland, to the World Energy Symposium, they were working on what's called over-unity devices.
