His military service, and the only pin on the map outside the western hemisphere that has nothing to do with the water fuel cell. One source: his twin, forty-five years later. He was discharged from the DMZ and reached his mother's door within an hour of Stephen, who had been in the Pacific Northwest in a different branch.

Stan showed up with his uniform and still had his gun in his hand. I thought that was kind of interesting. He had been up on the DMZ in Korea and they said, you got to go down and talk to somebody. So he went down there and they said, get on the plane. He got on the plane and came back to the States.
