ESP32 Complex Waveform Generator v3 (RMT)

A gated pulse-train and burst generator on the ESP32's RMT peripheral. The whole waveform, pulses and the inter-burst gate, is generated in hardware at 12.5 ns resolution and looped in hardware, so the CPU is out of the timing loop and the output is jitter-free under scope averaging. Clean up to about 20 kHz and usable well beyond; a sigma-delta dither mode gives an exact mean frequency below the raw tick grid. Two operating modes, seven rotary encoders, params persist across switches.
