The talk is "Using Water as a Fuel", given at the Global Sciences Congress at Orlando, Florida, in February 1992 and catalogued there as tape G92112; the day is not recorded, so the date here is the month. 52 minutes. The same tape circulates as "Stanley Meyer Lecture 1" on several channels; "Lecture 2" is the Denver 1997 lecture. Meyer's own list of speaking engagements calls this one the "International Global Science Congress, Daytona Beach, Florida" in 1991, which is where that name for it comes from; he was on no Daytona programme.
