Applied voltage amplitude is independent of resonance frequency and controls ionization
Applied voltage amplitude (Vo to Vn) is independent of Resonance Frequency and is adjusted to cause water bath atoms to momentarily enter a liquid-to-gas ionization state, ejecting negatively charged electrons and forming positively charged atoms (missing electrons) and negatively charged atoms (via electron capture), as illustrated in item 520, Figure 5-3, 5-4A, and 5-4B.
