Choke-Coil magnetic field impedes electron flow to create negative voltage potential at Water Gap

Per Appendix B Note 1, Choke-Coil (62, Fig 7-1) magnetic field (FL2) during pulse on-time impedes electron flow (since electron mass is electromagnetic and interacts with magnetic field strength), causing Electron Clustering that produces a Negative Voltage Potential (B-) at one side of the Water Gap (Cp, Fig 7-8), while Capacitance Charging Effect (628) prevents amp influx away from the Water Gap, and both Choke-Coils (56/62) conduct voltage potential (positive or negative) during pulsing to create Electrical Stress across the Water Gap.
