Disconnecting LED or Optoschmitt power causes fail-safe shutdown of Hydrogen Gas Control Circuit
If the LEDs (1a...1n) are electrically disconnected from the DC power supply (6), Led Pickup Circuit outputs switch to low logic state, disallowing the low logic signal and causing a shut-down condition to Hydrogen Gas Control Circuit (200); disconnecting power to the Optoschmitt array (2a...2n) produces a similar shut-down, providing fail-safe operation of the Fuel Cell (120) by negating acceleration beyond driver's control.
