Duty cycle pulse amplitude correlated with repetition rate to keep average amplitude below leakage threshold
Means are provided to vary the amplitude of the duty cycle pulses and correlate their repetition rate with amplitude, producing an average pulse amplitude below the level that causes electron leakage, thereby also controlling gas production rate.
