Electrical Polarization Process attracts oxygen and nitrogen atoms oppositely
In the Electrical Polarization Process, positive electrical voltage potential (71) attracts the negative charged oxygen atom while negative electrical voltage potential (61) simultaneously attracts the positive charged Nitrogen atom, pulling apart the NO molecule per Voltage Dynamics (220) of Figure (3-29), following the law that opposite electrical charges attract.
