Electrically charged gases exit the Water Fuel Cell before entering the Electrical Polarization Generator
After ionic gas formation from natural water, the electrically charged gases (1/2) are expelled out of the Fuel Cell and enter into the Electrical Polarization Generator (90), as shown relating Figure 20YAA to Figure 3B and Figure 40.
