Electron extractor grid circuit restricts electron replacement in the gas resonant cavity
The electron extractor grid circuit (Figures 8A/8B) is applied to the gas resonant cavity of Figure 5A or 5B; extractor grid 56 is placed adjacent to electric field producing members 44 and 45 within the resonant cavity to restrict electron replacement and further destabilize the gas ions.
