Gap register: immersed cells 1.5–1.6 mm; Tapered Resonant Cavity Injector 0.254 mm; gas-phase devices unverified
Per Scotchn (Discord #neuralstan20-testing, 2026-09-25): all the immersed (liquid) cells use a 1.5–1.6 mm electrode gap. My inference, not his statement: that is consistent with 1/16 in = 1.5875 mm. Only the Tapered Resonant Cavity Injector (Memo WFC 423 DA, SEC 2) is 0.254 mm (.010 in), a parallel annulus (#3373). The air ionisers (Gas Processor), the Hydrogen Gas Gun and the Gas Resonant Cavity reportedly use other gaps, but NONE are verified yet; do not assume 1.5 mm for them. RULE: quote every voltage with its gap. Liquid gaps take the per-molecule ladder. Gas gaps take E/N in Td, Townsend α, γ, M and the Paschen limit instead (1 Td ≈ 245 V/cm at 1 atm, 300 K).
