The hydrogen generator container 10 encloses a water bath 2 with an array of plates 3 immersed in it; a non-regulated, non-filtered, low-power DC electrical potential is applied via electrical inlet 27 to disassociate hydrogen from water, and pulsing this DC enhances the sub-atomic dissociation action.
