Liquid-to-gas ionization triggered by several thousand volts
Once voltage potential (F) reaches a threshold, exposed water molecules and liberated hydrogen/oxygen/air gases begin to ionize, destabilizing atoms; several thousands of volts trigger this ionization state, and atom stabilization does not occur because voltage fields are repetitive without polarity change.
