Matched choke resistance prevents coil-ringing during pulse off-time
Because the two Resonant Charging Chokes have matched resistive values, coil-ringing is prevented during each pulse off-time, allowing the Electron Bounce Phenomenon (EbP) to occur without amperage influxing within the VIC Matrix Circuit (690) of Figure 7-8.
