Meyer WFC uses stainless steel capacitor with water dielectric powered by alternator

The power to the Water Fuel Cell circuit comes from an alternator connected across a stainless steel capacitor with water between its plates; the dielectric water itself provides the charge that charges up the capacitor and creates the high voltage.
