Mutual inductance couples primary/secondary transformer coils to build tunable voltage potential

Magnetic flux from the closed-loop pulsing core (53) penetrates inductance coil-windings (52, 56, 62) during each pulse on-time, with the pulse-train tuned to the dielectric property of water (Re), causing mutual inductance to transform distributed capacitance of each coil into a coherent voltage potential equal to the sum of voltage developed across each pickup coil.
