Non-combustible gas (D) from water bath is recycled into flame to alter temperature

Expelled non-combustible gas (D), derived from and supplied by the water bath, is captured and recycled back into the sustained hydrogen gas-flame or Fuel-Cell, causing the gas-flame temperature to be changed or altered via the Gas Retarding Process (Fig. 2-4 vs Fig. 2-3).
