Applied unipolar Positive Voltage Pulse (B+) at ST-ST' attracts the negative charged electron while simultaneously applied unipolar Negative Voltage Pulse (B-) at RU-RU' attracts the positive charged proton, causing the hydrogen atom to elongate under Atomic Electrical Stress (Aes).
