Oxygen dislodgement breaks covalent bonding and attraction force qq'

Once the negative electrically charged oxygen atom (76) is dislodged from the water molecule, covalent bonding (electron sharing between atoms) ceases, switching off and disrupting the electrical attraction force (qq') between the unlike atoms 76/77.
