Positive and negative voltage pulses simultaneously separate electron from nucleus
A recurring positive voltage-pulse (k) attracts the liberated negative electrons to a positive voltage zone (E3), while a simultaneous pulsating negative voltage potential (E4) attracts the positive charged nucleus. The Positive Electrical Voltage Field (E3) and Negative Electrical Voltage Field (E4) are triggered simultaneously during the same duty-pulse.
