Resonance achieved at 26V pulse, 10 kHz on toroid primary
Resonance in the circuit of FIG. 2 was achieved at a 26 volt applied pulse to the primary coil of the toroid at 10 KHz, causing the water molecules to disassociate into hydrogen and oxygen along with previously dissolved gases (oxygen, nitrogen, argon).
