Resonant cavity concept: matching plate exciter spacing to pulse wavelength enhances water molecule movement
When the distance between the plate exciters equals the wavelength of the frequency of the pulses driving them, the back-and-forth movement of water molecules/atoms toward the attractive field goes into resonance, greatly enhancing the effect; this can be achieved by matching either the pulsed d.c. voltage frequency (FIGS. 4A, 4B) or the duty cycle pulse repetition rate (FIGS. 4, 4C) to the plate spacing wavelength.
