As water mist (68a-68n) is injected and metered under pressure into the Resonant Cavity (180) of the Water Fuel Injector, the applied Resonant Pulse Voltage (46) converts the water mist into its component gases: hydrogen (77a/b), oxygen (76), and ambient air gases (97).
