Secondary/choke turns ratio determines output voltage (e.g. 30:1 gives 360V from 12V)

Voltage to the water capacitor cell increases according to coil turns and size as in a standard transformer; for example, 12 volts to the primary coil with a 30:1 secondary/resonant-charging-choke turns ratio yields 360 volts sent as uni-polar pulses to the capacitor cell.
