Voltage attenuation reduces hydrogen burn-rate from 325 cm/sec to under 47 cm/sec

By using voltage attenuation with the fuel cell, ambient air is allowed to uniformly mix with the liberated hydrogen and oxygen gases, reducing the hydrogen gas burn-rate from 325 cm/sec down to less than 47 cm/sec.
