Water molecule deflects toward energized Excitor Plate due to opposite-charge attraction

Applying positive voltage potential (62) across Excitor Plate (61) deflects the water molecule (72) toward that voltage zone due to attraction between the negative-charged oxygen atom and the positive voltage field; switching off (62) and on (71) deflects the molecule toward Excitor Plate (69), causing collisions with other molecules and generating heat.
