WFC circuit design allows zero net current flow while voltage is applied
The Water Fuel Cell circuit is a novel form of electrolysis in that no net current needs to flow around the circuit; while the voltage applied is zero, ionised charges are able to recombine without flowing around the circuit and using energy, similar to a classical forced oscillation circuit where charge q can go to infinity.
