WFC design session v23: best candidate (Q=26.9, 99.0kHz)

Sweep — Hold ppm/temp at #1-4's avalanche-crossing values (0.1ppm, 60C) and sweep geometry — larger rod OD, wider gap, longer electrodes — to pull f_r below 100kHz without dropping out of the 80-250 Td window.
