Dimension issues

Based on the below review, I would not recommend anyone purchase from the source on Ebay provided by Max. Below is a record of issues from this purchase. This core is now $60.

From the Ebay source, the dimensions between Max's core and the one I received is quite a bit off. Below is my ferrite core (on top), and a 3D printed version of what Max provided (which is assumed to be same dimensions of core he has). 

In the interest of making these core differences work out, I have redesigned the provided bobbin half pieces. Below is a link to the STL for 3D printing if you're so inclined to have purchased one of these cores. Please note that the thicknesses is 0.31". May need filing so core can fully meet together. 0.01" may be removed from each half piece center joining point.

The bobbins are to be wound with #30 gauge wire. Diameter = 0.01"

Bobbins volume dimensions are based on bobbin dimensions:

0.53"/0.01" = 53 turns per layer height

0.62"/0.01" = 62 turns per layer width

53 * 62 = 3286 turns maximum per bobbin.
