What it says
Under the heading PRENGLER, a couple announce the birth of a son on 18 September. The mother is given as "nee Carol Meyer", and the maternal grandmother as "Donna Meyer of Jerusalem, Israel (formerly Columbus)"; the maternal great-grandparents are the Sowalskys of Naples, Florida, the same grandparents named in Donna's notice of June 1981. Stan Meyer is not named.
What it adds
- Donna had left Columbus by the autumn of 1983, and was living in Jerusalem. In June 1981 she was at 2931 Bryden Road. That brackets the end of her years at the house, and probably of the marriage, between those two dates; the notice does not say which came first.
- The same family. The Sowalsky great-grandparents tie this notice to the 1981 one. The daughter here is very probably the daughter named there.
- A third notice. The same paper of 3 February 1983, page 6, carries the wedding announcement, placed by Mrs. Donna Meyer and the groom's parents, of a marriage in Cleveland on 6 December 1982: Ohio Jewish Chronicle, 1983-02-03, page 6. It is not yet read here.
