A blocking diode directs the electron flow to the electrical load while resistive wire prevents voltage leakage during pulse-train 'ON' time; the incoming positive waveform is synchronized with the pulse train via an alternate gate circuit, so one pulse train is gated ON while the other is switched OFF.
