Electron extraction prevents spark-ignition in the gas resonant cavity
The electron extraction process is maintained during gas flow-rate change by varying the trigger pulse rate relative to applied voltage, and it prevents spark-ignition of combustible gases traveling through the gas resonant cavity by preventing electron build-up.
