Capacitor E9/E10 formed by tapered surfaces creating a water-gap dielectric capacitor

Capacitor (E9/E10) as to (720) of Figure (7-11) is formed when outer tapered surface (66) and inner tapered surface (67) create Water-Gap (616), with Dielectric Water Bath (85/Re) placed between them, forming the capacitive element of the resonant circuit.
