Chris Freedom bare-exciter cell, CT secondary: only ~1.6 V pulse across the cell, both plates ride ~+15 V common mode vs CT

Bench: Chris Freedom, Discord #neuralstan20-testing 2026-11-01. 12 V, 38T primary, two ~380T secondaries joined start-to-end as floating CT (CT tied only to battery scope ground), one diode per end to the cell. Cell 150 mm SS coax, ~1.5 mm gap, water now 30 ppm (was 3 ppm). Dedicated 100x probe. Sleeve on negative exciter: plates equal and opposite vs CT. Sleeve removed: each plate vs CT shows the same positive ~15 V flat-top pulse (20 V/div, 100 us/div). Directly across the cell (2 V/div, 20 us/div): ~5 V standing level between pulses (zero not yet verified), and a ~1.6 V step in the opposite direction lasting ~30 us at ~6.3 kHz. Small bubbles. Reading (mine): the bare cell clamps like an electrolyser at a few volts; 30 ppm water is ~tens of ohms bulk for this geometry; the secondary (open-circuit ~120 V per half by turns ratio) collapses. My CT/diode simulation of the bare cell (+/-69 V opposite spikes) did NOT match. Pending: probe zero check, which plate the probe tip was on, open-circuit vs loaded secondary, a series shunt for cell current.
