CONFIRMED: estate VIC coil pack choke C1 is the positive-exciter choke on the diode leg (Don Gabel's teardown schematic); C1 is the larger choke (+11.5% L, +9.4% R)

Provenance for notebook #3506 confirmed by Chris Freedom (Discord #neuralstan20-testing 2026-10-30): the pencil "VIC Coil Pack" sheet is the schematic Don Gabel drew during his teardown of the estate pack, and Don labels C1 as going to the positive exciter. Wiring as read: Sec S -> diode -> C1 F, C1 S -> "+" (positive exciter); Sec F -> C2 S, C2 F -> "-" (negative exciter). So C1 = choke 56 in Fig 3-22 (after the switching diode, to the positive zone 66), C2 = choke 62. Combined with Don's LCR workbook (assumed to be the same pack): positive-leg choke C1 1218.8 mH on core / 76.28 mH air / 76.7 ohm DC; negative-leg C2 1093 mH / 64.26 mH / 70.1 ohm. Positive leg is +11.5% L (on core), +18.7% (air), +9.4% R; inferred ~5-6% more turns and ~3.6% larger mean turn. The positive leg therefore carries both the diode and the larger choke. All coils wound clockwise; with the drawn connections the forward loop passes Sec, C1, C2 each F->S, i.e. series-aiding if bobbins are mounted alike (orientation unconfirmed). Intent of the asymmetry (deliberate vs winding tolerance) is NOT documented.
