Fig 6-1 (Memo WFC 425, p.6-5) vs Fig 10-4 (Memo WFC 429): same spool philosophy; Fig 6-1 has NO turn count and specifies 30 GA dual primary

Requested by Scotchn (2026-09-23) to index an Evil Stan comparison of Fig 10-4 and Fig 6-1. Checked against the archive's OCR of the scans.

HOLDS: Fig 10-4 (header "RE: Optical Thermal Lens / Memo WFC 429") shows a MAGNET WIRE bifilar coil and a STAINLESS STEEL 430F/FR inductive/resistive COMPOSITE-WIRE bifilar coil on a resonant charging choke inductive core, programmable pulse input (49A xxx 49N). Fig 10-5 on the same page: "Opposite Voltage Charging Effect ... across Water Gap (CP)". Magnet wire does transformer duty, SS wire does amp restriction: consistent with Birth of New Technology "Voltage to Amp Differential Ratio" (VIC Multi-Coil Spool Assembly 990A/B, Fig 10-3).

DOES NOT HOLD: Fig 6-1 "(VIC) COIL ASSEMBLY" (header "RE: WATER FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM / Memo WFC 425", footer Stanley A. Meyer 6-5, assembly 580) shows bobbin cavities (504) and (506) with resonant coils (56/62) bifilar spiral wrap (501a xxx 501n), resistive pickup coil (503), secondary pickup (505a xxx 505n), and "DUAL PRIMARY COIL (26) 30 GA. MAGNET WIRE BIDIRECTIONAL WRAP (507a xxx 507n)". NO turn count appears. There are no cavities 103/104/1044/1006 and no N1/N2 labels. The claims "31 turns, 23 gauge" are unsupported: probably misreads of an image the archive does not hold. Do not cite them.

LINEAGE: the Fig 6-1 content (cavities 502/504/506, 30 GA dual primary, 501/503/505/507 series) is identical to 423 DA Fig 4-27 and 422 DA Fig 5-6 (notebook #3371), under a different assembly number (580 in 425 vs 530 in 423 DA). Same drawing, renumbered.
