Ion particle collision with water molecules increases gas yield (compounding/resonant action)

Because ions are in motion, particle collision occurs when ion particles strike water molecules undergoing voltage separation, increasing gas yield; particle collision also ionizes other liberated atoms beyond light absorption, liberating more electrons inside the resonant cavity (44).
