Natural water process differs from Faraday electrolysis

The gas-generation process is voltage-dependent and current-restricted, unlike Faraday's Laws electrolysis where decomposition rate depends on current independent of voltage; no electrolyte is added and the process relies on physical attractive force of polarized zones rather than chemical reaction.
