Pulse repetition rate matched to plate exciter spacing wavelength induces resonance
The pulsing voltage on the plate exciters is matched in repetition rate to the wavelength of the spacing between the plate exciters, causing the hydrogen and oxygen charged atoms' physical motion toward opposite polarity zones to go into self-sustaining resonance, greatly enhancing disassociation from the water molecule.
