Plate exciter spacing is inversely proportional to voltage amplitude needed for gas rate

Closer spacing between plate exciters increases the attractive force on charged hydrogen/oxygen atoms, increasing gas production rate; with fixed spacing, increasing voltage amplitude increases gas yield, and the two variables (spacing and voltage) are inversely proportional to each other.
