Scotchn choke values corrected: 1925 Ω / 28.61 mH / 1.75 nF PER CHOKE (supersedes 39.48 mH and 5.775 nF in #3388); choke-cell tank is overdamped
Scotchn, #neuralstan20-testing 2026-09-24: each of his CURRENT chokes (to be rewound soon, core also changing to test the Tri-Coil/pencil-page conclusions) measures 1925 Ω DCR (the bifilar pair within one choke, incl. fly-wires), 28.61 mH, 1.75 nF self-capacitance. The 0.05 nF figure is per radially wound wire pair (35 pairs → 1.75 nF). Supersedes #3388 values (39.48 mH, 165 pF/pair, 5.775 nF, 8.94 kHz prediction).
Derived (my calcs): choke SRF = 1/(2π√(28.61 mH·1.75 nF)) ≈ 22.5 kHz. Two chokes in series, uncoupled: L = 57.22 mH, loop R = 3.85 kΩ. With 98 nF cell: f0 ≈ 2.13 kHz, R_crit = 2√(L/C) ≈ 1.53 kΩ, so R ≈ 2.5× critical → overdamped, Q ≈ 0.23 at 2.51 kHz. Choke-cell series tank cannot give resonant voltage gain; Scotchn's peaks (Cell 1 594.5 V @ 2.51 kHz, Cells 2-3 608 V @ 3.16 kHz) imply L ≈ 41 mH and 25.9 mH against 98 nF, so they likely come from another inductance (secondary leakage / secondary) or a different C. Hypothesis, untested.
