Two VIC circuits (60) and (70) drive opposing Excitor Plates forming the Steam Resonant Cavity

Voltage Intensifier Circuit (70) is an exact duplicate of circuit (60), applying duty pulse (48) to a second Excitor Plate (69) on the opposite side of the same water molecule; together circuits (60) and (70) form Voltage Intensifier Switching Circuit (AA), and Excitor Plates (61) and (69) form Steam Resonant Cavity (80) of Figure 32.
