CORRECTION: there is no unheadered second document — Memo WFC 423 DA contains TWO Figure 4-x series, and page number does not equal figure number
CORRECTS notebook #3366, which claimed an "unheadered, patent-style document" sharing Figure 4-1 and 4-2 with Memo WFC 423 DA. That was wrong. The sheets in question are pages 4-5 and 4-6 OF Memo WFC 423 DA; the copies first supplied were cropped above the header band. Properly headered scans read "RE: Water Fuel Injection System / Memo WFC 423 DA", footer "Stanley A. Meyer", page 4-5 and 4-6.
THE ACTUAL STRUCTURE: page number and figure number are DIFFERENT fields, and they coincide only in part of the memo.
- Page 4-5 carries FIGURE 4-1 (Water Fuel Injector System).
- Page 4-6 carries FIGURE 4-2 (Water Fuel Management (WFIS) System).
- Page 4-13 carries FIGURE 4-13 and FIGURE 4-14 (Jet Engine Retrofit 150; Rocket Engine Retrofit 160).
- But in the WFMS electronics sheets page and figure coincide: FIGURE 4-9 is on page 4-9, FIGURE 4-27 on page 4-27.
THEREFORE Memo WFC 423 DA contains TWO DISTINCT FIGURE 4-x SERIES:
SERIES A (system / mechanical, illustrating the Section 4 narrative): 4-1 Water Fuel Injector System; 4-2 Water Fuel Management System; 4-9 Voltage Intensifier Circuit (110); 4-10 Electron Extraction Circuit (120); 4-11 car spark plugs (130); 4-12 heating systems; 4-13 Jet Engine Retrofit (150); 4-14 Rocket Engine Retrofit (160).
SERIES B (WFMS electronics schematics): 4-1 Logic Flow Chart; 4-2 VIC Amplitude Control; 4-3 Opto; 4-4 Laser Accelerator Control; ... 4-9 Digital Gate Inject; 4-10 Voltage Level Solenoid Control; ... 4-31 Laser Accelerator Matrix. (Full manifest in #3374.)
This is a genuine internal duplicate, NOT a transcription error. Any index must carry page number and figure number as separate fields and must disambiguate Series A from Series B by content.
CONSEQUENCE FOR THE 20YID LINEAGE (see #3370, #3377): the page 4-2 narrative reference "Voltage Intensifier Circuit (110) Figure (4-9) as to Extraction Circuit (120) of Figure (4-10)" points to SERIES A sheets not yet seen. Those two drawings are the highest-value outstanding items: they would resolve the series question and close the FIG. 20YID electron-extractor lineage link.
ACRONYM INCONSISTENCY: the Section 4 title page says "Water Fuel Management (WFMS) System"; the Figure 4-2 sheet title says "WATER FUEL MANAGEMENT (WFIS) SYSTEM". Meyer uses both.
PAGE 4-4 SUBSTANCE: WFC injector assembly (10) of Figure (4-1) as to (30) of Figure (4-2) "is design variable to be retrofitable by replacing fossil-fuel injector ports affixed to jet engines (see Figure 4-13), heating systems (Figure 4-12), rockets engines (Figure 4-14), or even car spark plugs (130) of Figure (4-11)", using Water Fuel Management (WFMS) system fluid-metering system (40) to control gas ignition (16). Sequential pulsing of Water Fuel Injector (20/30) is activated by Pulse Gate Valve (190). Ionized ambient air gases (46a xxx 46n) and non-combustible gases (45a xxx 45n) are intermixed with water supply (47) PRIOR to entering Water Fuel Injector Plug (20/30).
FIGURE 4-13 (150): turbojet mode, compressor stage, WFC injector at combustion chamber and afterburner, turbine, water fuel inlet via compressor pump, exhaust thrust.
FIGURE 4-14 (160): WFC injector cluster-array, thrust accumulator manifold, nozzle port, super rocket flame, water fuel inlet via compressor pump.
